It’s The Weekend + Friday Links

Yeeeeessss! Another weekend upon us. With our weekdays being pretty full with school, extra curricular activities and other obligations, by the time Friday rolls around, I am ready. I’m sure you feel the same way. What are you up to? We’re having friends over tonight for pizza and cocktails. A perfect way to end a Friday night. Tomorrow, we’re heading out to dinner with a bunch of my family. A lot of my relatives live in the Seattle area and it’s super fun when we all get together. It’ll be loud, lots of laughing and catching up. I can’t wait! Sunday, it’ll be a low key day. Did someone say brunch?

Here are some fun stuff I came across “on the line” this week. Read up and enjoy! Have a great weekend!

Salads. I love a good one. This one looks AMAZING. I mean, a potato chip salad? Is that even a salad? Yes, please. And this kale salad makes my mouth water.

I’ve been working on redecorating various parts of our house and while on Pinterest looking for ideas, I see that wall paper is making a comeback. I can’t commit to papering a whole wall but I can get down with the idea of framing a sample of wall paper. Brilliant.

Again, Tosha, with the cocktails? Yes, another week, another drink. You’re welcome.

I always tell my kids to “be the good” and this is a PERFECT example. A restaurant in India is encouraging  customers and the community to put their leftover food into a refrigerator located outside of the restaurant. Anyone can come and take a meal from the refrigerator. The fridge sits  under a tree called  the”tree of goodness.” LOVE.

And I am going to have to make this. I love a good, cute and easy DIY.
